Mainly so they can start to centralize the fertilizer industry like their other noncompetitive economic oppressive units do. Which would then allow them to control the US's biggest export which is agriculture. Along with that we see Nanshung already starting to centralize the worlds steel industries. Which is now seeking to be allowed into the US. To do the same thing it has done internationally domestically in the states.
