The basic idea is currently the MSS propoganda departements are spreading us via their marketing that they are not a non market economy or doing anything wrong. This is a book competition writing strategy. In which one side that is wrong and can't win spread's the other out then hopes they do not find the necessary points of attack in front of the judicial court. Which is where they write so much on their discovery that no one can even find what the case is really about. However, in economic cases. It just gets confusing and evidence gets to big to argue. Which I have seen where very good evidence was laid out in a mass drove. Where, more or less, it was pushed aside by the defense as the jury and judge in the short amount of time could not comprehend it, as it was to big.
Therefore, what is needed is a short precise CVP towards non market cartels. Which as non markets are based on State Owned Enterprises. We would then see the necessary research project for an economic algorithm to be created. Which needs to show a case of every instance and each individual break down of the cartel system's advantage. Then taken the mean of that algorithmic. One can create a small conceivable methodology that is backed by mounds. However presented in less than one to two pages. Like all of my amacius curies have been, all noted in foot notes, as I am not a lawyer yet just a friend.
On the other hand instead of just using the noncompetitive edge of the one specific company and its activities. The CVP policy could be taken to show how they are separate acting as per the MSS. However, in reality each individual action in the chain is a cause for relevant logical analysis. As the mean would still allow them to be noncompetitive. Especially, since I know the MSS has the worlds biggest espionage group. Where they have agents concentrating on pretty much every single weakness in the worlds market chains; sitting their exploiting it.
For example, lets start at the floor. The MSS non market actors gain cheaper resources as we all know. Thus, then they gain cheaper shipping of those resources, via the commerce line, then they receive a cheaper ability of machines, and labor and currency ration. As such, the production company itself might be acting on its own. However, it is still receiving the benefit of the SASAC's centralized economic planning commission. Which would mean that the business even if taken to be separate as an actor, as the SASAC does not publicly announce its red phone tactics. Should still have its other elements of the supply chain researched and presented based on all other competitors in free market supply chains.
