ISSUE The USA does not have an economic threat meter. .

What is our economic warfare defense level's and tools?

The idea that the US does not have an economic threat meter to me is like one stating it did not have a militia attack threat meter. This then does not allow the proper focus on specific areas of the world that cause the US the most economic threat. The militia threat meter lets the US know what countries are at most threat for attack by individual foreign militia members. This is erroneously called the terrorist threat level.

As such, seeing that the US is going through a new form of warfare. Which is economic warfare, going all the way from non market actors, espionage to cyber warfare. I would say the US needs to have a new level of threat engagement for each country. As this then would allow US leaders and business folks to gauge each countries propensity to attack them economically. This would allow all security measures from the TSA to the very basic clerk in the legislation office. To have a basic scope for each country when doing business with its citizens and personnel. Therefore, giving a better spread of protection against what we have been seeing with the US. Which is a whole sale slaughter of its business and treasury by foreign countries that folks do not even know are a threat. Like Nigera for example. If the US had an economic threat level for Nigera. Then they could do proper searches of their material in a deeper level for suitcases filled with money. Or for international post masters. They could do a proper address of where specific items where being sent to in Nigera. As Nigera is the worlds per capital phish scamming country of the world. They make more money on scamming people than they do anything else.

A professional report flushing this out. Exactly like we flushed our our foreign militia member threat would be good.

A way to gauge something usually allows for a proper centralization of defense to the matter. For example, prior to our ability to track and trace primitative militia members in foreign lands. Our ability to gauge where they where from was so vague we just called them terrorist. However, now we know that if they sleep in a land that gives them protection like Pakistan. Then they are considered Pakistani militia members. Along with that if a bigger country uses a smaller country and forces them to house them via economic warfare, like cheap loan's or close to nothing jet fighter plane's. Then we can then say that those militia members are being puppeted by that bigger country purely via protection and armorment.

To me calling somebody a terrorist is like writing a paper. However, only leaving the brief and none of the specific details. It is weak and inappropriate in a real world to call a persona  terrorist. Their is hardly such a thing. As all countries either aid or abide their militia members. Like our Winchester long rifle cowboys. We can hit a nickel up to three quarters of a mile away. Take out almost 10 troops on quick snipe before pinned by satellite and then disappear. That is not US terrorist that is our militia members. Always brass first to create confusion. We have even create bullet manufacturing that can get through futuristic CCP and MSS electromagnetic camp shields. Which is very relevant in today's guerrilla warfare. As when the CCP and MSS invade as they will like any major country building up. We have to be ready for their Subturnal scientist inventions.
