In the Philippines this has been happening for a long time. Mainly due to the heavy resistance by people who want Democracy and free markets and do not want to be party of Communist China or the party. However, for the Communist to gain a foot hold they know they can't go and invade militarily. This is because the MSS is much smarter than the KGB was. As such, we see the MSS using a myriad of tactics. Mainly the one they love the most currently is an antogonistic view point. In which the Communist Chinese MSS agents use their proxy agents as terrorist. I n which the MSS can protect and wield in Pakistan and different parts of the world. For example, when Russia steps out of line with the Communist Chinese we can usually see a higher level of Chechnya activity. Along these lines, now that we have seen the stratly's stepping out of line. We probable will see a major increase in Pakistani militia activities along with the old guard of the communist guerillas activities.
However, in the Philipines it is different than Russia. As Russia is a much bigger country. Therefore, the point of the MSS is to try and make contacts to conquer via Diplomacy bullying. This is done by creating false realities around their proxy agents in which they are ordering them to do things. Then once no other country comes to help them out they move in and solve the problem very fast. I first witnessed this action when I was tracing Communist Chinese MSS eletromagnetic brain washing activities. The Communist Chinese had taken a perfectly good Philipino officer and more or less turned him into a zombie. This zombie then for some reason without calling or any type of normal show of officer post syndrome activity; went and shot up a bus full of Communist Chinese citizens.
This then allowed the Communist Party to send its specific detectives and Communist Party discipline actors into the Philipines without notice. In which we still see some of those left overs in the Philippines. That are heavily lobbying to fund Philippine police stations and officers. The purpose of this was to create a nexus between the Diplomacy of the Communist parties military build up forces and the Philipino's forces. The reason being was the MSS want to own the Philippines resources without proper allotment of rights to them. As such, the only way to quell a rebellion is to get the officers on the MSS's side. So that the Philipino people do not have a guard to protect them when they get upset. As such, you might think that this is a small minor event for the MSS to do such activities. However, Literal e maging an officers head to get him to act just to gain three actor placements and also better nexuses between departments is not minor. Furthermore, if you have studied the Cold War brain washing programs. In which the Soviets more or less where leap years ahead of the US in eletromagnetic warfare. Then you would understand how easy it is. Along those lines, if you understood Communist manifesto and its actors you could see the majority of them in the military or intellegence field. Which are seriously nuts about conquering the world for wealth and power control for their own genome and single party control.
