At what point in time does the constitutional economic articles require military force?
From the stories I heard once the KGB got around 50% of the worlds resources centralized to them. The military kicked in and started working. However, today the MSS has 97% and the DOD has done nothing. Probable because they are all a bunch of goat herder chasers.
of course then again i guess worrying about major root economic monopolies is not necessary. wtf
