Hurricane equating of its equation.

The basic problem with Dr. Gates patents is he does not explain the theoretical problem with the hurricane. Which is the vortex it creates. The idea of the temperature is just one part of the equation. Which is also not the real problem. The real problem is the actual dispursment of the wind or the vortex calculation. By using the basic temperature calculation it could take way to long to use the temperature to get the water to change it. Along with that very difficult. The real solution and much more visible. Is the reality of the disbursement of the winds that create the vortex. For example: let's say the vortex is going at around 300 mph at the top. Then those winds are going in a circular spiral fashion. As such, there is an equation that if properly placed pressure on the that equation would stop those winds from its path. An example would be placing 100-200 mph winds  at the top of the vortex. Thus using the tech mech to criss cross the top of the vortex by being dragged behind a plane. The plane could start at the top. Then as the plane is noticing that the winds are being subsided with its wind radar. The plane could slowly lower its altitude as it runs its pattern. Thus more or less sweeping and disbursing the winds path of destruction. This should work much faster and I believe much cheaper.

Depends on how much time we have till land fall. Each plane could carry  a sweeping device at the proper set wind equation. Then could start to sweep away the hurricane from the top on down. The idea is simple it is like what you do with smoke. When you walk in a room. The movement of the smoke is at a slower pace or force than your hand. So as you move your hand the wind dis pursers.
