I see the CIA and MI6 getting in all kinds of trouble for doing things against the Democracy morale. However, I have never heard of the MSS being presented in front of their civilian peers for funding genocide or terrorism. The KGB used to have the same noncompetitive advantage.
I love the Chinese People their culture and their ideas and even how they believe in the idea of togetherness. However, the MSS is funding genocide and terrorism so they can get cheap resources. Which is not cool.
