The old guard was prepared and ready to deal with this. The new guard is allowing itself to be imploded. The problem then becomes: How does one impact a policy so as to stop the implosion and redirect focus on the transition of the Communist Chinese and their economy. They have stated that they are transitioning when they  visited the US. However, when they arrived home they changed their stance and stated they will never become a Democracy and never transition their SOE's. So they are a threat, as they are then going to try and transition us like we have seen them start to do. Which as mono forms of government are against Democracy. That is not a good thing.
