During the first cold war. We had documents created that where based on root creation. From what I have read in my grandfather's reading file's, unclassified. In which, even though he is dead now I can hear his laughter as he worked and read as a child. The idea is that when the opposing sides get's to a point where they are developing around 50% of something or they own 50% of something in the world. It is time to kick it in full gear and stop it through the multinational and cultural complex that the US has created to stop such countries from doing that. Even though the words may have changed from Communist world domination to oh Communist China owning 50% of the world's development market and 97% of the world's resources is just globalization. We still see the same affects as the one's I have read in those old files stored in the FOI bases of my grandfather's pseudonyms.
In which the idea was that for every Soviet SOE that was developing the world. The US has to have a competitive arena of US citizen's that was able to compete in the same market. If I remember correctly here is how the music sheet looked.

This orchestra sheet would include each company and its abilities, along with the full scale note factor for each of its entities. Which in a free market is all open data. Always has been. It is just how one uses it that can make or break. Then he would do things to see basically how they where doing in competition against the Major SOE of the Soviet's. In which he would then properly I guess do what is called Shepard the free world market against the Soviet's. Which included everybody, India, Turkey, the US, Europe as it was then, and the Balkan's area, along with the Sheikies, which I believe there is only one major one know. Then what he would do is set up specific cognition's that would allow the free market arena to be like a normal balanced world economy and be about 70% ownership of the world's development as compared to around 40%. Which we saw during the Soviet times as per my grandfather's, muti cultural living room brief to start the new monthly project. Which was voted on and granted.
Then what they would do they would use their free market world contacts and just send basic legal letter's to new's paper's to see if they wanted to publish the issue. So that the people in that area could vote like a free country against the idea of the Soviet's taken over their area, as per what they have done to other areas they have taken over. Along with this, as certain countries where still at the point of trying to get passed Chivalry state, Sheiky, into a congressional state. He would also write letter's via his Muslim living room mate, to the Sheikh's to explain the determent of Soviet industrial slavery of SOE's to the idea of freedom of religion in the world. Which every letter was different and in more detailed.
As such, I currently see no open source Non Profit doing this type's of things. I can speak to somebody about globalization and they say things like oh it makes my things cheaper. However, they do not know that in reality as per the G Mac's pys do doc's he predicted that word would become a big heavy soft word for the cloak to allow a single country to dominate the world economy. Which we are seeing. I forget his opposing world which he was able to make famous at that time to globalization. However, it was much more to the point than the vague doctrine of globalization. Which cloaks such activities as 50% of the world being developed by one country. While 80% of the world is going under economically. Along with 97% of the world's supply chain roots monopolized to a single country. Which is not good, by any Democracy and Republic standards.
The idea is then to do this. I know it, I can do it, it is in my blood to fight against fascism my whole life and spread power and wealth among the people via free market and competition of individuals and not noncompetitive power elite's. So I just hope I can flush this whole thing out professionally.
