Let's say there are two path's. One in which you can destroy your own area to get out of debt. The other however, you can expand. In which the world is our oyster. We just have to be motivated to do it.

There are over 187 countries. Which means even if we just sold about 52 items to about 100 countries. For each business we would be out of the deficit.
however this equation would be much more complicated for the basket reports.

So then I need to know where to find the data I need, to present my idea of expansion. Then I need to prepare how to do it.
I had to do research for a bill when I was a Senator in School The foot work and research was much smaller but same thing. I just went to places of centralized researched as them for docs. They gave them to me. I read them and then prepared my analysts for the bill. This time it would be much bigger as cities are huge and data is everywhere. However, if I could get funding I could collect and centralized a specific set of data on how much we could visable expand each business and create an international economic basket on where it might be possible.

I would have to get a grant. maybe the council would give me one. I mean it would cost me my unemployment as I would be doing that so I would need funds for gas, food, and lodging, not surplus as we a poor city.
It is real easy. I know where the entities are that I need to get the information. I will just have to get a grant to do it. As I have to be at home available to take email and phone calls for work, I have no cell phone.
The unemployment rate in my city is almost 15% so I am guessing that folks in our leadership have not done this. I was just looking at the rate of UEI in state, not local. Now I know why I can't a job, even though I apply everywhere.
I need to make a proposal to see if the council will do it verbally. Then do it written, on the places I will need to go to collect the economic basket. Which I could blaze saddles on a historical area document creation to help us do this more. In which I have experience in school doing. It is simple instead of using a library or internet to get data. You go to places of specific centralization of information. Ask them for data they have it much faster and easier to read. Then I collect it crunch it down. Then place a specific area of which each company could possible do.
Then afterwards. I go higher up the food chain and just get data on international market places and create a nexus mapped entity of possible full scale local city economic basket to international. I could even start an economic business doing it for other cities too. As I can see it, just like the tech cross of wind turbine and jet. which makes the US's current super bird better than the world's.
It is just like the espionage technology I created. Which was based off the current terrorist tracking technology. However, we track espionage units instead based on calculations of input per collected material and prediction of movements.
However, this tech could create a movement scale in which every city in the US could find places to expand based on the world's expansion or needs, or even unfair activities.
