They leaked 80% of our green tech stimulus. Which can be defined under espionage activity, as per my unprofessional opinion of reading espionage cases, with regards to high treason and industrial espionage. Where there is no defense of political view point. As the US is now suffered great irreparable damage. As our green technological industries are not even in a normal US leadership role. Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

How the Proxy agent creation forced the KGB and CIA to look out for each other's homelands.

The reality that both the CIA and KGB new about proxy agent creation. Along with the public knowing that there was a 99% chance that if some terrorist where to attack the USA homeland. It would be backed, helped or came from the KGB. This then forced each to keep their home countries and areas safe and secure.

However, with the CIA and the MSS game. The Proxy agent creation is more like this: The US see the proxy actors as terrorist. The MSS get to get away with hardly doing nothing to stop the world wide terrorist war. Then the US has to pay the bill. While the MSS get away with helping constant plots to attack the US on its home soil. Like we saw in the 911 funding and economic pact with Al Queada, then a specific creation of manuals for Al Queada to attack the US on it home soil.

This then allows the MSS to act like there is no deterrence for them to create proxy agents like they are doing. As the CIA no longer see's the threat as the proxy creation root. However, it just sees the end game which is proxy created already brain coded agents.

The magical trick that the MSS where able to get the CIA to do. Was to concentrate on the 1% chance of it being from some other non MSS funded, backed, or created proxy agent. Thus causing the whole pyramid of I's to fall in line with the idea of concentration of the 1%. Instead of the old pyramid's higher achy that concentrated primarily on the idea that it came from the 99% chance it was a foreign fascist non Democracy checked intelligence agency trying to take over for its one mono idea of power.
