They leaked 80% of our green tech stimulus. Which can be defined under espionage activity, as per my unprofessional opinion of reading espionage cases, with regards to high treason and industrial espionage. Where there is no defense of political view point. As the US is now suffered great irreparable damage. As our green technological industries are not even in a normal US leadership role. Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

Weird for a very intelligent country.


To dispell is not that hard. We  have had a program for sixy seven years that is collecting on them. However it it is a simple two element force equation. Which can be dispursed by an algorythmic equation where higher winds are placed across the top at a criss cross to dispurse the vortex direction. Thus causing the hurricane to stop. Any sixty seven year old institution should be able to stop it. We have the tech to create high wind generators and carry them up that high and use them.

Along with that it is very possible the MSS are currently setting up MSS espionage watching areas on the East coast. As there is possible documentation that they wish to get their SOE's on the east coast. So they can centralize the east coast macro economy. In which they then can start to control the flow of economy to DC and our political system and its political stability and demeanor. Which is all part of the economic warfare tool box. Again, there is a plane currently flying over it. I would properly see if it is a possible full scale intra US agency foreign operation owned and operated seeding vessel.
