Where there is no defense of political view point. As the US is now suffered great irreparable damage. As our green technological industries are not even in a normal US leadership role. Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

In Communist China the Zombie spread they have civil rights.

See they are unholy. The pope along with the blood line and the followers no more like Communist China as they are trying to destroy the faith. So the Zombie people might go their as they feel better there. As such, you can't shot zombie or arrest them. Unless of course they bite somebody. However, that is only if you can get the person that they bit to admit they did not want it. As a lot of people want to be bit by zombies in Communist China. I can tell. They want to be Communist zombie industrial slaves to SOE's.

So then, you see zombies have civil rights. You may not arrest them or shoot them. So have fun with the zombies. You bastards.
