Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

Communist China's history of unveiling of military high tech weapons.

00 The Communist Chinese learn from Charlie Wilson's liquidation war against the Soviets in Afghanistan. They make an economic pact with Al Queada to help them defend their country against invasion. Which they sell and buy weapons illegally from them. In which time they then release one of their new style of intelligence manuals. Which names their proxy general and explains how to force the US into a proxy war with the extremist Muslims. Then the US is attacked by very same said economic pacted proxy agent on our own home soil. Release of new style manual.

1. They unveil a satellite buster by causing the worlds biggest junk pile after they used it to explode one of their own missiles.
2. They unveil a high beam laser that can block satellite surveillance. When the US was tracking MSS agents trying to fund Muslim extremist.
3. A South Korean Naval reports on its radar log that a flock of birds seem to be flying close by. However, they see no flock of birds. Then their boat gets hit. Which after that the MSS release their new stealth fighter and bomber jets.
4. Economic warfare breaks out in Britian. Which is believed to be caused by Al Queada operatives. Which spreads massively, The Philipines are attacked by the Communist Guerrillas and the AL Queada operatives which are both believed to be funded by the MSS. Then the MSS release an air craft carrier which was purchased to be a museum and they lied about. In which is now filled with missiles and planes floating on the high sea. In which at that time, the North Korean's shell the South Korean's to create tension and uneasyness.
5. The MSS does not send a politician nor a Diplomat but sends a Communist Chinese Disciplinary unit to Poland to speak with them. Specially after they did not wish to speak with certain world figures that are helping the MSS. New style of political bullying, exactly like the SS and KGB did with their single party disciplinary units. Then right after the Disciplinary unit shows up 74 missiles in an area that just got done prosecuting the last KGB familiar persecutors for their single party force and terrorism, along with genocide of cultures and identities.
6. The US goes into Pakistan to finally take out the Al Queada higher archy. They get it done with the help from Pakistani officers. Then the MSS moves in to stop the US from getting the other major bases they had keyed in. Which possible held mass amounts of records and nexues to the MSS. Then the MSS use military clout to expedite 50 jet fighters to Pakistan while the Pakistani officers that helped the US catch Osama are jailed or killed. In which the I bases where moved, while the MSS where protecting them. New kind of military game.

This does not seem the actions of a peaceful nation.
