Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

The idea behind the Non Profit is simple.

Currently the US loses trillions in espionage that is just specifically to the MSS. This is because there is not enough cognition-able consciousness on the matter. As such, to stop it you must know about it. So the Non Profit will specifically work on economic espionage. Which will become a place where things like brain coding can because as it is the major way to create a proxy puppet. So we can start to regulate it. Which means the white boy zombies with shaved heads probable will be able to be detected by advances that are available for brain coding detection and possible areas where espionage crews would want to do that.

Along with that the basic idea that the majority of the public thinks that 911 was an Al Queada plot and does not know it was fully funded and directed by the MSS is another reason why the US needs an espionage non profit. So folks can go somewhere and know that it is professional certified and thus the information is logical.
