Here is how you have to deal with an espionage unit or individual. They have access to anything and everything they want whether or not that is legal or not is the idea. Easy ways to do this is by stripping them of their social security, forcing them to work lower jobs and lose their value and quality of life, along with creating an underground where songs are made famous that hate the US and call for the corruption of the child and individual. Along with destroying Unions, as Unions are a way to keep the sheep together so they can eat and live healthy without the wolf, lion, bear or other predator from taken advantage of them and not allowing them to live.
These are things we traced the Soviet KGB trying to do. It is a simple project. I would say it is very valuable. The idea is the same as a our JFCOM created structure which helped us win the Iraq war within a short time. The idea is pin point precission.
