I have been conversating with him to try and help me find a job in the mining industry. We final got down to if he know of any law firms that do mining law or places where a paralegal could work in the mining industry.

Which is the root problem I keep harping on with regards to our economic destruction and world political hegemonic view as a helper of building Democracy.
However, the Communist Chinese with their 97% rare earth resource monopolization. Are now trying to bid for US and Canadian mines. Where US citizens are not allowed too.
The reason why is I know I can start to break down the EPA and its core of leftist workers. Who are know going to start allowing the Communist Chinese to own our mines. Where as the US industries who where more than willing to follow reasonable regulations where not allowed. However, he has a full staff and there are little to no mining firms left to fight them.
It is close to impossible with these EPA workers have never even worked in a mine or the industry regulating the industry. When they know little about it. For a young man like myself to go to a honey spot place place my shovel in the ground and start mining. Cause today you have to get a permit. Which they barely give out. Then you have to spend millions of dollars just to do a small business business mining operations for less than a quarter mile dig which will be not even hurting the top soil and will be tunneling. It is impossible for a US citizen to start a mining operation. During my grannies days. Her family went out and opened up a silver mine within less than a weak and started mining. Cause it was in the middle of now where with thousands of miles of middle of nowhere.
Today though god forbid that a young raggamuffin try and start his own mine and become health and wealth. Because you can't do it.
My Great granny said in her days if you could stand the sun and pick up a shovel and understood how to tunnel you where in. The US was in its industrial hay days and the US was economically healty because people where allowed to mine. Not Communist Countries or Corporations, just your normal average person being allowed to mine.
If I had an LTK. My first economic warfare campaign against the EPA would be not to disband it because I believe in it. However, it would be to have industrial leaders running it. As they know the industry and the ins and outs. The idea of some person running it that has never worked the industry is like allowing me to fly a space ship. That is where I would start. Then I would start with the brass underneath them doing the same thing. Which could hire help that was not in the industries. However, there should be a rotation in the EPA. As it has caused serious economic damage to the US by stopping almost in its tracks our mining industries. That is just an idea. It that is so then it is logic. As one can't love the industry and understand it unless they have back boned it. Logic.
Another idea is to create a Democratic EPA system. Where the number of workers are split between actual industrial workers and then the tree hugers. Which would work good for report writing and voting. As such, for example in the mining industry. If there is an EPA branch of that the workers have to be proper Democratically balanced half tree huger half industry.
