Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

CCP and MSS are Done How the CCP and MSS plan to commit crimes against peace.

The independent sovereignty of countries is very important. So much so that laws have been created against espionage agencies that create plans to force others into cartel or centralized satellite to them. We saw these actions used during the Socialist German Parties control, along with the Soviet Union. However, we have not seen the action brought against the CCP or MSS. Even though, they have been directly linked to major economic warfare battles; along with pure economic warfare.

Therefore, a proper document written to these facts would work out. 8 New Espionage schools that primarily focus on economic warfare and force of their SOE cartels to be used; should be the focus of the paper. Along with the fact they have and have always had the worlds biggest espionage units have. In which had no play not even intelligence on the matter of the terror war. Unless it had to do with East Turkestan or that are of the Communist Chinese area. This Would seem to me that they are planning a crime against peace with their espionage units.
