Where there is no defense of political view point. As the US is now suffered great irreparable damage. As our green technological industries are not even in a normal US leadership role. Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

ISSUE Can a war of aggression be defined as an espionage proliferation?

How does the Communist Chinese worlds biggest espionage activities affect international peace and balance of power and wealth?

Does the proliferation of more espionage units cause the world itself to go into a state of fear or defense?

Should the UN be allowed to monitor these new espionage schools as the Communist Chinese have the worlds biggest espionage units already. In which they use not even a small fraction of a percent to help with the war on terror. Except in their domestic lands. Which their people are not even allowed to move without a police officer being on the corner of where their ethnic people live.

As the Communist Chinese are trying to gain more land for their single party via FTZ's which would allow them to colonize foreign countries with their State Owned Operations controlled by their party. I think they fit under this definition.
A war of aggression, sometimes also war of conquest, is a military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense usually for territorial gain and subjugation.
