I have created my reasoning based on algorithmic economic espionage coding, based on Dr. Nashe's theories of foreign actors using social algorithmic style codes to obtain desires to hurt the USA. Both at which had and where able to take the US's newest and highest form of energy. Where instead of helping and creating strength in the US with production and growth. They leaked 80% of our green tech stimulus. Which can be defined under espionage activity, as per my unprofessional opinion of reading espionage cases, with regards to high treason and industrial espionage. Where there is no defense of political view point. As the US is now suffered great irreparable damage. As our green technological industries are not even in a normal US leadership role. Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

While helping the world compete better be spreading a major monopolized, militarized economy spread their power and wealth via Democracy and Free markets. CCP and MSS are Done The MSS domestic check is non existent.

The only time Anti trust or IP violations are prosecuted is when the MSS and SASAC have decided that they acted without their authority to steal that information as it was not a constructive espionage act for the SOE cartels of the SASAC and the MSS.

The MSS is constantly in their domestic home being allowed via their security apparatus to steal from foreign  business. Which downs on diplomacy. In the US the CIA is not allowed to steal foreign business activities. Along with that the CIA is specifically for foreign affairs to stop bad things from happening. However, the MSS directive is to serve the needs of the CCP to conquer the world. In which they will do anything from steal 91% of business they come into contact with technology and strategies. Which is so high that I am sorry they are doing on it purpose. The MSS is the biggest espionage unit in the world. If they did not want it to happen it would not. This goes all the way to fund genocide and terrorism to gain resources and force their opposition into a lack of funding of a liquidation war (See Charlie Wilson Puppetry Against Soviets). Which causes the US to fall far behind in R&D as that is what government funding is for.
