Both at which had and where able to take the US's newest and highest form of energy. Where instead of helping and creating strength in the US with production and growth. They leaked 80% of our green tech stimulus. Which can be defined under espionage activity, as per my unprofessional opinion of reading espionage cases, with regards to high treason and industrial espionage. Where there is no defense of political view point. As the US is now suffered great irreparable damage. As our green technological industries are not even in a normal US leadership role. Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

While helping the world compete better be spreading a major monopolized, militarized economy spread their power and wealth via Democracy and Free markets. I have had my life threatened and two attempts on my life already for my actions. Which you ain't seen nothing yet.

In the old days the CIA kept it real.

It was dollar for dollar. Just like the movies try and show these young bucks and lass now a days which they still do not get. The idea of the dollar changing hands in our espionage movies from a CIA to the KGB. Was literally a dollar for a dollar, a life for a life, a proxy for a proxy. Which kept both sides from attacking home. However, the MSS have no respect as they do not fear the CIA or the proxy agent. As the majority of their espionage units are created to create proxy units and economic warfare not stop it; Cause they want to say on the offense.

 As such, the protocol for the CIA should be like we do with North Korea. If you fund them and protect them and they attack anyone you will be attacked. As they are your dogs. Which is the way we should deal with the proxy algorithmic code in the middle east. Which is the MSS funds the Islamic extremist temples. Which keeps the majority of extremist Muslims off their backs. Then they protect and fund the terrorist traing camps which are currently being moved out of Pakistan as we are getting very close. As such, if one of those proxy agents that they protect attack a US solider or a ally of the US. The get attacked. That was the way it used to be. Except with the US small proxy agent creation forces which where fair game. However, full scale military Democracy building was off limits. Which meant if the KGB funded somebody to attack them then they used their proxy agents to attack back in a similar fashion in a different part of the world that was sought to be transformed.

It is reality. Not this mirror idea of not being able to see the terrorist as who's dog's they are. Which would force the MSS to stop them instead of create them. Instead we do not engage the MSS as we did the KGB. Which allows them to operate without check and balance. Which as any Democracy agent knows. Allows for unfair game as it is one sided.
