During the days of the first cold war. The DOD scientist and military bases did not make a move unless it was able to create some kind of surplus in treasury. For example, all bases where primarily run by their own farms and own military personal running the farms. Which kept food cheap. Foreign bases worked the same way. Which kept food prices of $30 a plate way down. Along with that any necessary element of creation was also implemented to have to have a nexus to the market place so we could keep up with the massive SOE cartels and monopolistic activities of the Soviet Union. However, today we have seen a major wasteful primitive activity in the DOD. Which its primary purpose has been to hunt down and determine threats of puppets of the MSS.
This is exactly what Charlie Wilson did to the Soviets. However, the MSS was able to create a bigger need to hunt puppets and blood lust than did Wilson's puppet war against the Soviets. As such, we now see a major treasury drain from our DOD. Which it's own treasury accumulation as any military in history has always had to do. Has completely been in a loss as everyone goes very primitive in market DOD forces. While along with reality of how the majority of the Communist Chinese SOE's, private sectors and joint ventures are literally being puppetted by the MSS behind the scenes. Therefore, there needs to be a complete change in our protocol for our military. If we have a base in a foreign country. Then we eat on our stomachs. We create jobs for their people there to grow food, and prepare food. Which is much cheaper than what we have seen. While also being a much better economic and Democracy builder as the community grows to become dependant on our bases. This then creates a turn around of our forces, having cheaper expenditures while the area growing much faster as an economic power. While also keeping lines of logistical transportation open. It makes it more difficult for a poor man to go fight somebody if they are gaining a job and security from that person. Like we see the MSS doing with their SOE's.
The paranoia that has been created by the MSS inside of the US towards extremist is what Wilson was missing in his puppet wars. The MSS is constantly using its agents inside of our structure as key propaganda units to keep us paranoid. Which has kept our foreign bases at way over red scare levels. Along with these lines we can see that cold war bases against the Soviets ran much cheaper and cleaner than the bases we have today. Which has cost the US major losses in our treasury because our military economic departments can't balance their own books. This is the reason why the military needs to start eating on its belly. Which means, it needs to act like a realistic army and not a toy solider army chasing after puppets. We are in a world with a serious enemy the MSS. Which will use every chance, every cognition, to conquer the world.
My forefathers that used to ride on ships from a small I land with massively feed cats on the dead of their preys'. Would make normal journeys to the land of that area. Primarily because the monks and Druids in those area's where very good with collection on intelligence. Which has stated since ancient times. That specific tribe (now called the Han Chinese) that is now the worlds biggest tribe, will try and control the world. There is nothing different from those days till these days. Except the major infiltration of our units. Along with the basic forgetting of military strategy. You fight to gain treasury not to lose it. So we should spend trillions of our treasury on sitting in a dirt box chasing these puppets. While the MSS loses no agents, and massively expands pasts any point of reasonable check and balance.
The point is we could spend a fraction of what we spend over there to secure our boarders. We spent a billion dollars on a gate for the Mexican boarder. When the better way would have been the satellite and drone program. That would have cost a fraction and actually done something. Along with that, the COSCO issue is a fascist regime as the world's most oppressive and fanatical world domination regime. Therefore it should have proper scanners on everything that goes on in the beach head's we have allowed them to have. Furthermore with that, a simple human scanner at the doors of Airports would easily allow for proper screening of any major items on the body or even luggage. Also the idea that we spend so much money placing our soldiers in the front lines for oil and to secure it literally now this is the worst part. The Communist Chinese have 97% of the worlds resource dominated. As the US is not getting anything with regards to the mineral reserves that we are protecting for the countries we are securing.

Which would change US opinion with regards to this economic warfare implosion theory.
