Where there is no defense of political view point. As the US is now suffered great irreparable damage. As our green technological industries are not even in a normal US leadership role. Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

My suggestion is

After the MSS created the US guide stone to fight against the Muslims world. Through proxy agent funding like Charlie Wilson did to help the Afghanistan defend against single party rule. Then the MSS brain codes in Norway to destroy the Noble Peace Prize institution. In which it creates a guide stone to destroy Democracy in Norway.

I suggest we start hunting them and bringing them to justice for brain coding and funding of terrorism and genocide. If we catch and MSS agent funding terrorism or genocide in the world we bring them to justice. Just like we did the SS and KGB.
