Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Which is analogous to the nuclear and physics highest form of energy in the 50's.

We are not only are war with those that wish to kill us.

We are at war with those who fund those who wish to kill us. As the elder days where. When the KGB placed a dollar down so did the CIA. If the KGB created proxy schools of extremist fanaticism so did the CIA. Today though we see the whole world throughing trillions at one single MSS dollar. Instead of properly doing it dollar for dollar. As we are no longer taking that those who protect, fund and direct terrorism are our enemies. As he did not know it was them that funded Al Queada exactly like Dr Wilson funded them to defend their homes.
