It was based on the idea that 75% of their people the non rich and non political elite where owned and controlled by the elite who where allowed to own their free market enterprises. The theory then went on to state that in globalization because the KGB where willing to enslave their people to work and minimal liberties, that they would win. As Democracy and free markets are based on whims and not fascist wish to control everything.
That is what is happening today in Communist China. 75% of their market is controlled by the government and military they use mass amounts of trillion dollar soverign wealth funds for lobbying and trillion dollar propogandist machiens to earn cookies for scholars to say that globalization isa great thing. Even though they never do the etymology reports to trace high top security documents and tape reviews of foreign espionage agent documents. Same thing today, nothing different, just Commy's are way better at propoganda and proxy agent wars.
