Along with the loss of major surplus of manufacturing which leads to the skills needed to find defenses and ideas against to detect and deter green tech weaponization. Why am I seeing so many Communist Chinese dams in the world and no US dam buildings for foreign treasury increase.

?

I do not understand where is the US's foreign dam creation and country building. I mean I can't find it. I see the Communist Chinese pop up and they have trillions of dollars in world construction of owner of Communist SOE power grid stations in foreign countries but no USA power grid creations. why?

I bet I can pin point the specific chair of why the US is not building dams internationally with the help of the commerce department and other business entities. I mean our technology is way better than the Communist Chinese along with that their labor is cheap and we could just bring techs. Where as the Commy landers use their labor and techs.
