The best part of this is the idea of water generators and wind generators being donated to solve school funding problems will not even impact the Coal owner's BTU market. As the whole 120,000 school system I believe could be run on around 470,000 million worth of killowatts.

How to get schools out of the red without dropping teacher or student quality of life. I figure some kind of way for them to fund their own needs. I am thinking such things as water energy mines, wind mines and solar mines.
Let's see there are a lot of water in most states. Which means they can split some of their school costs up in the lakes to create energy as they have one knot energy creators that create more energy than dam's now. Along with that a small wind mill area. Along with solar panel's and maybe smaller noiseless windmills could help each state pay for the school overhead bill.
Best part is you could place one or two at the bottom of dams with fish protectors and rake in money. Maybe one dam output would pay for all the schools. I mean water energy creators on one side of the dam and the other getting both of the energy sides. I mean who owns the dams anyways I think the states do.
The idea is we just do not want to invest in something that will just die off or become obsolete overtime. If we do a dam upgrade with specific units donated to schools systems. That just sit underneath the dam's already power stream. We could easily create more energy, it is an upgrade to the last New Deal. If we just upgrade them with no way to fund them they will again run out of money. We need to solve the funding issue. That is why they need upgrades as they can't afford to do them because of the root problem of funding issues.
The basic idea is the major Corporations which act like Communistic type entities, as corporations do. Can give up 1-3% of the BTU market. Which is a few ultra rich losing maybe a couple million out of billions and trillions. Or everyone in the country has to have their taxes raised to get the schools systems from failing. On the other hand we can allow the system to be destroyed as our current school system in the world is ranked 17Th.
I mean the other problem is the BTU market acts greedily and they raise prices 1-3% like mean people. Instead of taking a loss to their billion dollar - trillion dollar surplus income. I mean a CEO's sallary going down from 400 million to 382 million, then they raise prices is just wrong. The majority of American's just lost their homes, we watched the rich folks get bail outs while we starved out and mass conglomerated into houses, we lost our jobs, people took steap pay cuts, from $30 an hour down to around $15. Which is a 50% pay cut. Yet those who caused this as they control the flow of commerce with their decicions do things like get made when they lose 2 million out of 400 million then force us to pay more. I am conservative and that is ridiculous, it was not the middle or poor who flowed the commerce. We just swim in it. Then I have to listen to them praise the country that paid Al Queada to attack us, and steals our companies technologies at a high almost 90% of our countries IP's. While they blame the economy on politics even though they are the politics. I do not understand. I could solve this overnight. Simple, schools green tech funded, free enterprise mines small across the states, IP if stolen that company huge sanctions then I would get unity across the world against that company who stole from us. Then I would say if they fuging threaten us for funding a peaceful country then so be it. They already paid a terrorist to attack us once. Trust me If I was in lead.
